Rehearsal Coordination

  • One hour rehearsal coordination before the event 
  • Direction of processional and recessional order 
  • Cueing participants for entrances and transitions 
  • Coordination with officiant and key vendors 
  • Review of timing, spacing, and logistics 
  • Answering questions and guiding the wedding party

Extra planning meetings or check ins

$25

  • Up to 60 minutes, virtual or in person
  • Additional meetings are scheduled as needed and billed per meeting.

Anything not listed in the packages. Please explain in detail on what is needed, and or required. Price may vary

Per hour. If you need a planner to stay over the contract, each hour will be priced accordingly.
